Proposal for residential development of two units, including improvement works to access road and pavements. The site is highest at the south east and steps down towards the north west, with a total level difference of approximately 6.5m. Both units have been designed to a lifetime home standard with a good size of rear garden. On one hand to match the new vehicle access which has been agreed with the Highways department. On the other hand, garden space can be split into a good size for each dwellings which avoid to look into or onto neighbouring properties and land. This approach also allow both plot to gain the maximise sunlight in the day. Due to the level difference, part of the units are hidden by the landscape and the level difference provide access to garden from all floors of the units.
